ABOUT

“Motown Miracle” is the compelling true story of the Detroit Rockies, a team of mostly Black boys from the inner city who overcame insurmountable odds to become hockey champions. The film follows their remarkable journey to win the 1995 Can/Am Tournament in Lake Placid, New York—breaking a 30-year losing streak against Canada for Team USA!

“Motown Miracle” is an inspiring, patriotic story with broad appeal to diverse audiences and ages, poised to make a cultural splash equal to comparable hits such as THE BLIND SIDE, REMEMBER THE TITANS and ROCKY.
